Al Raha Gardens
Gated villa community. The move-out permit and gate access need arranging before the day; content-heavy villas here often need the full 12-person crew.
Khalifa City
Much of Khalifa City is open housing with no gate pass. The gated compounds Al Forsan and Al Rayyana need a gate pass and move-out NOC before the crew can enter.
Al Reef Villas
Move-out permit is mandatory and must be applied for at least three days ahead. Permits are not issued on weekends, so plan around Saturday and Sunday.
Saadiyat Island
Gated, with a mandatory move-out permit. Beachfront and luxury villas often include art, chandeliers and outdoor furniture.
Yas Island
